MEET KAYLAN PEDINE
Kaylan Pedine is a New York City–based actor and screenwriter, originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee where her Southern accent still lives rent-free and tends to resurface during moments of pure joy or deep, righteous frustration. After competing as a Division I soccer player in college, Kaylan traded cleats for scripts and moved to NYC, where she promptly fell head over heels for acting. She trained extensively in improv at The Upright Citizens Brigade and The Second City, sharpening her comedic instincts, collaborative skills, and ability to thrive in the beautifully chaotic unknown.
When she’s not writing or performing, Kaylan can be found meditating, advocating for social and climate justice, hiking with her dog, or actively seeking delight in life’s quieter moments. She believes play isn’t just a pastime but it’s a practice, and the secret ingredient to a deeply fulfilling life.
